I was 10 years old when "Star Wars" came out. I remember my best friend, our moms, my sister and I stood in line to see this movie. It was a pretty long line too!
You were transformed to another time and place. You were scared of Darth Vader, thought C3PO and R2D2 were cute and wanted to have them for pets. You wanted Luke and Leia to "be together". Who knew they would be brother and sister!!!
And let's not forget...Han Solo!!! What a dream!!
Star Wars is the ultimate good versus evil story. The magic of movies, especially when you're a kid is such a cool memory. Today, my children enjoy watching them.
Do you realize that only 2 of the actors have been in all 6 movies? R2D2 and C3PO, Anthony Daniels and Kenny Baker.
